His grandmother and many of his aunts and uncles live in Ottoville, which is less than 30 minutes away from the campus. Horstman is originally from Ohio and will be close to his dad’s side of the family while he attends Findlay. I liked Findlay’s coaching staff and I think it will be a good fit for me.?įindlay’s location helped Horstman make his decision. A lot of schools were looking at me from all over and I didn’t know where I would end up. ‘I always wanted to play college football, but I wasn’t sure where. ‘When I signed it was a big relief,?
